The claim of quality of Formosa-Cables® becomes secured by the integrated quality and environmental management system, which is implemented in all Taiwan and China branches of company sales, logistics and production locations.

Already in the early nineties, Formosa-Cables® as one of the first enterprises of the industry provided a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001:2000. This shows the anchored quality and environmental thought in the enterprise tradition.

More than ever customers Formosa-Cables® can rely on the fact that in production and the logistics of the products technology on highest level is used.

But Formosa-Cables goes a lot more far just by keeping all according the standards - we have a special procedure incorporated in delivery process and logistics, which insures that our customers always get exactly what they ordered, and all quantity is strictly checked, so nothing is missing.

Right items at right prices in right quantity - how we do it!

It's a 4 level quality - QA assurance program we had implemented:

- Level One: After Sales Representatives had confirmed particular order it is passed to Director of Manufactory who puts the order on manufacture line, and from this moment controls it all over the manufactury process, so all the lead times are met. It get fixed in internal documentation, what elements are ordered and from which sales manager acocunt and to which customer.

- Level Two: After the manufacture process is finished, goods are passed to packing department, who will put them in a stock (in case it's order for stock, or for a packing to actual delivery. It's also fixed in separate internal documentation.

- Level Three: Accounting Department checks the financial issues before order is released, in this moment, the actual packing document - packing list is manually one by one checked with the actual order made by customer - again for double check that customer are going to get right items at right prices in right quantity

- Level Four: After all is confirmed, the delivery document is printed and signed at packing responsible person.

That makes as 4-times be sure that you always get a get right items at right prices in right quantity - and right on a time!
